Products launched into the English Market market from January 1, 2025 must use the UKCA logo

On November 14, 2022, the UK government announced a delay in the mandatory implementation of UKCA
compliance labeling until December 31, 2024.

The UK UKCA logo, as a compliance logo for entering the English Market, came into effect on January 1, 2021.
The original mandatory implementation date was January 1, 2023. This transition period was again extended to
the end of 2024. During this period, products sold and used in the English Market market can still use the CE logo.

Interpretation:

As of December 31, 2024, all products that require the CE mark will not be mandatory to use the UKCA mark;

From January 1, 2025, if the product needs to be put on the English Market, it must use the UKCA logo and ensure
compliance with the new importer responsibility;

The UKCA logo is now in effect. Although the enforcement date has been postponed, it can be applied for normally.
It is recommended to prepare as soon as possible.
