What is the Zimbabwe CBCA authentication :    Zimbabwe ' s Ministry of Industry and Commerce on March 23 , 2015 posted on its website the goods certification assessment programme ( CBCA ) . in accordance with the provisions of the programme of the CBCA , in 2015 , May 16 , all of the goods exported to Zimbabwe in offshore shall be carried out before certification . after acquiring CBCA certificate , the goods arrived in Zimbabwe to clear presentation of the certificate of the CBCA . As CBCA has not obtained the certificates , the Customs of the People ' s Republic of China to Zimbabwe had been refused entry .   Zimbabwe CBCA authentication formulated intention :    1 , is to reduce or products which are imported into Zimbabwe    2 , increase the tariff ;    3 , at the place of origin and has been exported to Zimbabwe before shipment of the products specified in the Certificate to be provided    4 , to ensure the protection of consumers and industry of Zimbabwe    5 , to level the playing field   Zimbabwe CBCA Certification Process :    1 , to provide product to the Division I test , the test report ;    2 , exporters need to prepare the proforma invoice , packing list , according to our information you provide here help fill out requisition form ;    3 , exporters will be ready for the data , to the I Division , BV to submit to the institution responsible for the authentication information    4 , after passing the review , I ' m here to arrange an inspection date , and exporters , after consultation in accordance with the inspection date , inspection personnel will have to designate inspection sites of exporters to examine the goods ;    5 , after the verification by exporters invoice , packing list eventually submitted to me , I ' m here to draw up the certificate .
